How fast do you launch a campaign?

From signature to first email sent: 7–10 business days. That window covers ICP refinement, list build, copy approval, sending infrastructure setup (domain warm-up where needed), and the first sequence going live.

Do you actually close the deal, or just hand off meetings?

Depends on the package. Channel Focus and Growth Stack hand off qualified meetings to your team. Revenue Engine includes end-to-end sales cycle management — we carry the deal through discovery, demo, negotiation and closing. Most clients on Revenue Engine treat us as their outsourced sales team.

What if I already have a CRM and tooling?

We plug into what you have — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, Apollo, Lemlist, Smartlead. If you don't have anything, we build the stack as part of onboarding (RevOps service). Either way you own the systems, not us.

What industries do you work with?

We've shipped pipelines for B2B SaaS, real estate, cybersecurity, fintech, marketing agencies, podcast networks, and software development firms. We're industry-agnostic — what matters is whether your offer has a clear ICP, a real ACV, and a willing operator on the other side.

What does "qualified meeting" actually mean?

Decision-maker or budget holder, fit with your ICP, problem we can solve, and an explicit accepted calendar invite. Anything less is a follow-up — not a meeting.

Can we start with strategy only?

Yes. We offer one-off engagements for ICP definition, messaging strategy, and RevOps setup. Most clients then move into a monthly package once the foundation is set.
